Ryan & Celena Rocked the Surf & Sand!

Ryan & Celena got married last night at the Surf & Sand Hotel in Laguna Beach. Their ceremony featured an incredible rendition of “You & Me” (by Lifehouse) performed by two of Celena’s cousins, Matt Rogers and Bobby Hettinga. Matt was a top 12 finalist on American Idol a few years back.

Their minister was Pastor Matt Walker…who has been friends with Ryan for years. Matt delivered one of the best ceremony presentations I have seen in quite some time.

The reception was decorated by Enchanted Florist and the setting inside thier ballroom was completely amazing. These pictures taken on my iPhone will not do their work any justice…

…but I’m sure Stephanie Kennedy’s shots will be much, much better! I’ll be looking forward to seeing her photos on her blog page soon.

Here is a shot I snagged during their First Dance. Their song was “When I’m With You” by Sheriff. The white dance floor was a special rental brought in by Best Of The Best Event Productions.

 Ryan & Celena are both really into House music…which can be really fun to mix…

…and on my recommendation, they brought in wireless, battery-powered LED lighting from Invisible Touch (you can see the units on the floor in the top photo) owned by Robert Arthur, who is a good friend of mine. What started off as elegant mood lighting when the reception began was later turned into incredible club style lighting that I’m sure will also look even better in Stephanie’s photos!

I can’t wait to see how the video footage shot by Michael Hood from Bon Vivant Cinema turns out. The shot of Ryan’s groomsman, Sean, doing “The Worm” during the Grand Entrance will certainly be a highlight.
